Absolutely. Our advanced tooling, injection molding processes, and partnerships help us achieve critical tolerances for important applications like automotive lighting, connectors, and medical components.
Yes! Our engineers exercise DFM analysis to optimize part geometry, material selection, and tooling design for cost-efficiency and manufacturability. EDC is used to understand how a part can be molded in-house and optimized for automation and assembly.
We employ:
- 100% First-Article Inspection (FAI).
- 100% Automated Machine Vision Inspection
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) testing.
- In-process checks for consistency.
- ISO standards
- Full compliance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for automotive clients.
Prototypes: 3-6 weeks
Production Runs: 6-8weeks (without new tooling). 10-20 (with new tooling). This is also dependent on if the project includes automation and/or assembly before being shipped to customer.
Other options available.
We support low-volume prototyping and high-volume runs (10,000+). MOQs are flexible— contact us to discuss your needs.
