Molded Heat Sink

ASYST plastic injection molded Heat Sinks are designed and manufactured to provide optimal thermal management of electronics and electrical systems. Using a plastic molded heat sink will provide significant weight and cost advantages compared to traditional Aluminum or Magnesium solutions. Overmolding of the electronics (In-Mold Electronics) also allows improved heat dissipation and eliminates the need for costly thermal paste (TIM). Plastic Heat Sinks are also environmentally friendly, allowing a reduction of CO2 emissions compared to Aluminum manufacturing.
