Q-Tuff Pivot Stud

This Plastic Pivot Stud is used as a fixed pivot for headlamp projector modules. It replaces traditional metal pivot studs.

Uses

Fixed Pivot Stud Connection for Lamp Reflectors, Brackets, and Housings.

• 1/4 Turn assembly of pivot stud in mating geometry for a secure threaded connection
• Quicker assembly timing versus traditional threaded pivot stud
• No chance of loose debris from thread forming during assembly
• Lower weight and cost compared to traditional steel pivot studs
• Pivot available in standard Ø10 & 8 mm full round or Ø10 and 8 mm round with undercut
